According to Hawkeye fans minnesota could beat beat the NE Patriots. (Gotta build these paper tigers up)
They could win ten games with zero wins against ranked opponents.
I'm surprised they're favored over Nebraska, as much as I dislike Nebraska they're going to lose that game. I think they are an almost certain lock to lose three of the last four, although Iowa can choke at any given moment so who knows.

If they beat Nebraska tomorrow they should be a lock for at least a 9 win season (assuming they lose to Penn State, Iowa and Wisconsin).
