If I was a College coach. I would probably laugh at this internally really hard. But put on a hard front realizing who the player is. pullled over on a moped 2 times? probably would make the player better out out of it.
Iowa will be just fine. Not like Jok will be in the starting lineup anyway. Really rooting for this lineup.

Many Iowa fans believe Jok will lead them in scoring next year. I think it will be TD and MG at 1 and 2.
There are a lot of athletes getting around on mopeds in IC, and for mopeds they are quit fancy. I always wondered if the university had some kind of special lease on these for athletes because they all looked pretty much the same brand. They are certainly not the junky little things with the 2.5 HP Briggs that everyone had 30 years ago.
I personally thing it is a great idea. Student athletes are always pressed for time and it is probably a pretty cheap way to get around.
BTW, getting picked up twice for the same violation classifies you as a moron.
This doesn't seem like a super huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I do get a perverse joy whenever I see some negative press for the Hawks on the ESPN ticker.

What I love about this photo is that it PROVES that Jok somehow took his moped with them on their European basketball trip last year. I imagine Fran pops out of those bushes and they all share some crepes.
Apparently suspensions mean nothing to Jok, I'm sure he'll show up in full uniform ready to go even if he is suspended.
He could be. All he'd have to do is improve his shot, his point production, his rebounding, his ability to box out, his blocking ability, his speed, his agility, his footwork, his basketball IQ and massively reduce his fouls. You know, do those simple things and he could be a lottery pick.
Caught twice for the same violation? He should have claimed double jeopardy.
