Pet Peeve

We struggle fitting 2 adults and three kids into three seats. If we could actually use the fourth seat we paid for that the middle guys seem to take of ours, we would be fine.

I've read this four times & still can't figure out what you're saying. That seems to be a common thread with your posts.

I thought the stadium as a whole wasn't as loud as I've heard them in the past. I think tailgating all day in the heat took it's toll on a lot of people.

I think it was the slow start. I think people were ready to cheer, but not scoring early kind of dampened the mood.

He has four seats and five people but feels he is getting cheated out of his fourth sear because others are also bringing more people into the stands then they have seats for.

How about each seat = one person for everyone.

Mine is the guy who brings an old, load generator and places it in front of his truck so he doesn’t have to listen to it but all the other tailgaters do. Then to top it off he is running 1 crock pot and 2 giant (old) speakers which sound quality sucks. He received standing ovation from about 30 people when he turned it off. Be kind buy an invertor drive. I purchased a cheap champion and get lots of complements on how quite it is. Close to that of a Honda or Yamaha for ½ the money. Heck if he would have asked he could have plugged into mine to run his stuff. Better than 4 hours of that old thing running.

Close, buy four seats, but people in the middle take extra space. So about 4 people eat 5 seats. We usually have one kid who ends up in a different place (suite, hillside with friends, Saturday was a UNI players ticket that he's friends with) so usually the 4 of us are in 3 spots, sometimes 2 1/2.

I type during breaks on my mobile, so sometimes the thumbs don't keep up or auto corrects make things goofy. If my posts irritate you, just ignore me then.

“It’s the ability to take the kids and get away from the crowd noise outside where it’s air conditioned or heated.â€￾

~ quote on the Iowa State webpage from a fan who bought SEZ club seats.

good lord...why not just stay home with blankee's and popcorn and furry slippers

There's no reason you can't take your blankie and furry slippers to the game Jamby, and they even sell popcorn there!

You have strangers in the middle of your ticket group?

It's not that they irritate me so much as they're nonsensical half the time, and it's hard to know how to respond. Editing before posting would help considerably...

Wow some fans are a bunch of *******.

Maybe I'm being ridiculous but I get annoyed when I see Cyclone fans wearing white polos in the stands. I would imagine some are UNI fans but I could tell that many of them weren't. It makes the sea of Cardinal look like it's spotted with a bunch of opposing fans.

I always think about the opponent, but in general this is very whinny pet peeve, people will always where what they want.....

You mean I don't have to pay for my kids' seats? I could just get them hillsides.

Sorry....I am a fat old man, I wore a white cyclone polo due to the heat. I will be in red next Saturday for sure.
