I'm going to be in the Pensacola, Florida area for a 4-day trip in a few weeks, combination of business and leisure, I will have some time to spare.

What do you recomend?

I like:
- historic stuff (Old forts, bridges, etc)
- Geography
- Unique / quirky things

Don't care about:
- Breweries
- Live music

Without doing some research (where I would turn with your interests):
1. Enjoy the restaurants
2. Spend some time on the beach
3. I'm sure there is some history, including military history (large Naval base there) if that is of interest.

Wow…. you’re the opposite of me. I look for breweries and live music first. History…. not so much.

Take a drive down to Pensacola Beach and go to Ft Pickens. It’s cool to walk around on your own or you can take a tour.

If you like baseball, the Blue Wahoos play in a beautiful stadium downtown on the water. Or you can watch the Ice Flyers play hockey.

At any given time you might see the Blue Angels practicing. Or you might just see other Navy planes flying overhead.

On Saturdays there’s a farmers market on Palafox with some local artists and vendors.

I’d also second the Naval Aviation museum.

Have fun!
