Man, we had absolutly no pass rushing at all that game. And we play Baylor next week, without their QB(i forget his name), if we play even close to the way we did today, we've got a great chance eh?

The loss of Parker really hurts.

The defensive coaches need to figure out how to bring some extra pressure.

Yes yes, pressure on the QB is a good thing. I guess not to us though. That's a big reason why Reesing had a field day against us.. he had all day back there to throw.

If our offense plays like it did today, we SHOULD win by 20

Baylor made a good showing against OU in the 1st half - they have some players. I'd be happy with just a win forget by 20.

I don't think the new baylor qb is very mobile, so there is a chance that ISU might get to him at least once. The KU QB just ran away from anyone that did get through.

Baylor looked OK today for the most part. The QB wasn't as bad as I hoped. I think ISU will pull it out but that's going to be a great game. FCS needs to step up and televise it.

If we play like we played last week, I'm shaking in my boots.

My sweetie and I went bowling tonight. The bowling alley has these huge screens over the pins (which is somewhat distracting at times), and they were showing the TT-KSU game over the lanes that I was bowling on (CU-UT was also on). KSU is horrible. After today, it just boggles the mind that ISU lost to them. Anyway, your statement is right on. If that "last week" team shows up again, ISU will get rolled.

And this week's ISU team could beat any team still on that schedule. Give credit where it's due.

I certainly think you can beat Baylor this year. I came on here over the off-season and predicted the Bears would go 7-5. I said we'd be 3-1 in non-conference which was right, but I had us beating UConn and losing to Wake. The Griffen and Finley injuries have definitely weakened us a lot, and I certainly expected the team to be ahead of where they are now. The Defense is showing signs of life, but the O is struggling.

Last spring I pegged this game as a huge 25 point Baylor win. Looking at last year's game and who we had coming back, this made sense. At this point I still feel good about a Baylor win, but I'd be shocked if it was by more than two touchdowns. I think this game will really just be a case of which team is better prepared and who actually shows up to play. ISU proved yesterday against KU that they can compete against a good team, but they have yet to show that they can win against an even average team. Your lost the week before to KSU was beyond embarrassing, but it looks like you learned from it. Baylor beat an above average BCS team in Wake Forest, but that likely would not happen now without Griffen.

We gave up our highest total of the year yesterday against OU (33 points). I think that our D keeps you out of the endzone most of the game but will give up yardage. Our receivers should perform well against your secondary and we're lucky to have a mobile QB in Florence.

My final prediction is
Baylor 31
Iowa State 20

You laugh out louded? Wtf does that even mean?

More than 10 baylor fans gonna show in ames this year?

Btw, you like baylor. End stupid squabble with troll.

It means your joke was funny. I was giving you credit.

No trolling. You're just absolutely delusional if you think you're going to win by 20.

Finley is out too? If we find a way to lose, I'm going to be livid. We should win by default for Christ's sake.
