Were currently burning off 5 tankers of Vinyl Chloride and other hazardous chemicals but its already in the Ohio river killing fish and its getting no national media attention. Vinyl Chloride I believe is a deadly chemical and it easily bonds with water molecules.

As I understand it, a primary use of vinyl chloride is to make PVC plastic, which is widely used. The water lines in your home may well be made of PVC. Got copper lines in my 1950 home.
