Has anybody done or is currently doing this workout routine? I just completed my first workout this morning. Holy ****! When I was done all I could do was lay there and feel as if I was about to vomit. It's pretty intense. The only thing I can compare it to is the first day of wrestling practice in high school when all the coaches are worried about is getting fat ***** into shape.

For anybody who has done it, what were the results like?

I did it for awhile, but to be honest, I just got bored with it. I will say that I still like to do the Ab Ripper X at least once a week. That is a tough, tough 16 minutes that will get your core in shape and quickly. One thing to not forget when doing P90X is that you need to do cardio. The Plyometrics only goes so far.

I am doing it, but has been tough to be consistent. The Chest/Back and Plyometrics are the toughest, and if you haven't done yoga that will be tough. Hang with it though. I am going to do month 1 twice. Also, you don't have to kill yourself, just get your heart rate up and repeat the first month if you feel like you can perform better. What I like about it is that you can go at your own pace. Good luck!

I could not do p90x on my own, I need something to hold me accountable, so I just signed up for the group version of p90x aka Kosama.
