OU -13.5

I predict purdy doesn't leave the pocket and we dont feed Breece. Hurts is going to disect our defense.

We need the perfect storm:
-Professor Heacock dialing up his best game of the year
-cool, yet swaggery Purdy showing why it wasn't a fluke to have him on Heisman lists
-ZERO turnovers/major errors
-Force a couple turnovers/errors
-Breece to show up and show why he's one of the best freshmen in the country
-Catch them off guard a time or two (think Deshante TD pass, Re-Al special play)

I have a gut feeling that we’re in the game, have a chance to win, and special teams costs us a huge opportunity.

(but possibly accurate.)

Surprised the line is above -10.
We'll see which team responds the best after bad losses.

This line is actually lower than what I thought it would be... I honestly thought the number would be closer to 17.

Run the damn ball! That's the only way ISU hangs. If they can, OU will get nervous. Riley has the patience of a rattlesnake.

Maybe we can get lucky like K-State did and be gifted two or three INTs. It's another way we can 'hang'.

Oklahoma has the best offense in college football but their defense has been suspect.

We have one of the best offenses in college football, yes ranked 16th in yards and 30th in scoring. And we have one of the best defenses. Actually, our offense is actually better than our defense this season. Manning has had a huge impact on that.

All the while holding it back.

OU is going to move the ball and very easily at times. We'll have to hold them to field goals and/or grab a turnover or two.

From what I watched of the KSU game, Hurts wasn't that good down the field.

I think this will be a game where fans get very frustrated by the 3-man rush, but I also think it's our best chance to slow down their offense.

If OU takes the easy, short routes, and lets their athletes go, they will break a couple big ones. Our tackling is below average compared to past teams.

Hopefully Riley and Hurts get impatient and try to force it downfield.

Our offense is going to score, but it has to be touchdowns and a lot of them.

I think we cover, and it's a lot like last season, where we're kept at arm's length for the majority of the game.

Statistically one of the best offenses in school history. Pretty high standards to say he's holding them back. Not a ton of NFL talent on the offense. Quite a few good players though
