Otzelberger: Associate head coach

In most cases your Associate head Coach is going to be your right hand guy and a good X's and O's guy. I would think in this case however, Otz is getting a raise to stay because he is very familiar with the players and a solid recruiter. If (I have no knowledge) if Grayer is also to stay on. Fred and Jeff have the X's and O's covered, but Fred doesn't have the recruiting connections that Otz has. TJ is the most vital part to Fred's staff for that reason therefore gets Associate title. (sorry for ramble that was kind of a stream of consciousness type of deal). Freddy has been in the NBA for a while he knows how it is done.

This has to put a big dent in Gmac's plans. Had to have been counting on pulling some Recruits with him. Kudos to JP for nipping it in the bud.
Something about Nurse excited me. His experience and connections would appear beneficial. Hope they find a way to keep him in the mix. Grayer is a feel good story and don't think we can dump him, although I really don't think he's got much value to begin with... but you never know.
So Otz is in who are the candidates for the other positions? Who does Fred have ties with that would come coach in college?
