I must be the only one like eh, good for Will
It was a BS response. He was condoning his violence.
Can’t believe they are already making him out as the hero. Violence is never the answer.

Check out Will Smith’s tik tok. I think was a stunt.
Pic or it didnt happen.A fight and a Venus Williams Nip Slip, this show has everything.
I remember Gervais made a joke about Apple TV, was talking about how well they were doing, then made a crack about child labor. Then made an Epstein joke, and when the crowd gave the groan, he said something along the lines of “what, he’s your friend, not mine.”But even in that he made an Epstein joke. But I'm not a fan of Gervais' type of comedy or roasts, so I'm probably not a good judge of whether his material was good
I usually am very into the Oscars, but this year not as much. Still some solid movies though...here are my predictions for the big categories tonight:
Best Picture: CODA (possibly Power of the Dog)
Best Director: Jane Campion (Power of the Dog) (spoiler would be Spielberg)
Best Actress: I'm going upset here and saying Penelope Cruz (Parallel Mothers) but could be Chastain or really any of the others. Closest race.
Best Actor: Will Smith (King Richard) even though I don't think he even deserved to be nominated
Best Supporting Actress: Arianna DeBose (West Side Story) Anyone else wins and it's a massive upset
Best Supporting Actor: Tony Kotsur (CODA) Spoiler would be Kodi Smit McFee (Power of the Dog)
Will was enraged…. he looked scary. Dude has some issues.
Chris Rock never should have went there, it wasn’t even funny, but violence should never be condoned in that situation.
Yeah, I looked up the text to the speech and it was something like "don't groan, he's your friend." But like I said, I don't like Gervais, and I don't like his style, so I'm already going to be looking at it in the worst possible light.I remember Gervais made a joke about Apple TV, was talking about how well they were doing, then made a crack about child labor. Then made an Epstein joke, and when the crowd gave the groan, he said something along the lines of “what, he’s your friend, not mine.”
