I hope when they come out, that the lights go out at stadium and then they turn on black lights as they storm out onto the field. That would be insane to see.

One of the few Oregon unis I like. Most of them are just awful, but some are very good. Their "throwback" uniform (wore it in the Civil War last year) is incredible. Most of them are just utter crap, though.
That started last year. They actually hired a person to decide uniforms and they can't repeat at all. Seriously.
Sweet new uniforms are part of Oregon. If you are conservative and like boring old uniforms...well then you're boring..just my opinion.
I don't have a problem with the revolving door of uniforms, but this seriously looks like something a 12-year-old kid made in create-a-team mode on his playstation. NEON GREEN?! Seriously? You're representing your university in the national title game for the first time ever and you couldn't come up with a new uniform design that incorporated any of the school's actually colors AT ALL? Some people just see "Nike Pro Combat" and fall over themselves to say it's the sweetest uni they ever saw. Sorry, this sucks.
Oregon's uniforms always remind me of the Simpsons episode in which Homer designs his own car...

I like them. Also I would wait to judge until you see them on the field. It might not change your opinion at all and that's fine..but you never know.
I would say that these are not my favorite however. These were pretty sweet with the matte black helmets and gray pants.

Sorry, but neon=instant fail for me. And I have liked a lot Oregon's stuff this year and a couple of the Nike uni's (Mizzou matte black was sharp), but this is too busy and too neon for my tastes. I guess I just prefer things to be sharp and clean more than anything.
There's a good reason schools like Nebraska, USC, Penn State, and Michigan don't change their uniforms. It's because they get a look that works, and stick with it. Wearing a different uniform every week doesn't make you exciting, it makes you look like a bunch of 10 year olds with ADHD.
I think it kind of works as Oregon's "thing" and really you have to applaud Nike for their program that reaches out to the hallucinogen addicts who apparently design these uniforms.
It may not make them exciting but it keeps it fresh and interesting. Also I think the flashy changing of Uni's really fit's there style. I understand that some uniforms are not to be messed with but I love the idea of changing them every week. Nobody reuses uni's anyway.
And that is your opinion. I personally feel those schools you mentioned uniforms are blah, especially Penn State.
