Options besides Vaughn

If Vaughn is picking UNLV, who are some of the other options we are recruiting? I know of Marvin Clark and that Cunningham is not coming here. How hard are we going after Bobbitt of Indian Hills and who are the other schools recruiting him? Any other possible JUCO guards we're looking at?

Fred obviously has no backup plan for Vaughn. We're hosed if we don't get him.

Getting a 5th year transfer like Kane would be priority #1. Every year there are a lot of great transfers and decommits in the spring. After that you hope for under-recruited guys like Wesely Johnson.

Speaking of IHCC, Roosevelt Scott would have been a great back-up to RV, but he signed with ASU.

This represents exactly why the panic in the RV thread is silly. A recruiting "expert" site said we were off the list for Cunningham and then he said that we were not. Yet the misinformation lives on.

Clark looks like the top HS recruit. Would love to get him. But to be honest I trust Fred to find a couple stud transfers pretty much every year anyway so I am fine going that route also.

Obviously I have no inside info but with our Wisconsin pipeline, the way he plays and the way we play and our step up to the big time in recruiting I think we'll be there until the end.
