Why is the game blacked out on ESPN3 and why can I watch the Women's tournament on Fox Sports Midwest, but there is no TV for the Men's tourney?

They do that during commercial breaks. It'll come back to the game I believe.

I've tried to listen to most of the games this year, and sometime during the midpoint of the season I feel like they started just playing this crap during the entire game. Instead of the game I've been looking forward too for days I get the most infuriating music ever. Solid.
