Once Prohm is gone, I would hire........

It's so interesting seeing a large metro market discuss possible coaching changes in the media vs a small one.

In MPLS, the news just now had three different sports anchors on saying 'yeah Pitino is done for sure, here are the names I've heard could be replacements' and they don't bat an eye.

I have a hard time seeing ANY media outlet in Iowa whether online, broadcast, or print do anything remotely like that when there is no announcement that Prohm is gone. It's like the Iowa media walk on eggshells because they don't want their media pass revoked or something.

I wish they'd be more ballsy like the sports reporters up here.

Doesn’t that kind of cross a journalistic line though from news report to editorial or opinion piece?

Moser has been to the tournament twice in 10 years at Loyola and failed at his stop before Loyola. No way

I think you know about basketball enough to understand that it's much more difficult to make multiple NCAA bids from the MVC than it is the Big 12. I would also argue that to make the Final Four just three years ago as an #11 seed is pretty damn impressive as well.

Hard pass on Moser. Look at his history we could do way better. TJ is better than Moser

I’m not sure where Moser stands, but I think he should at least be on our list of coaches to call. He’s been very successful as of late. I’m not saying he should be high on the list either, just that he’s deserving of being reached out to.

Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, but I do not understand how you can possibly make this kind of case with a straight face. TJ made the NCAA tournament at SDSU, and that is not nothing, but he hasn't won a game in that tournament yet. Moser won four games to get to the Final Four, all of them as a lower seed.

Moser has been a HC for 17 years, has won only 54% of his games and been to the tournament twice

I don't think my posts or opinions are more important than anyone else but I have covered sports, both high school and college for many years, including ISU and I feel I have a unique perspective on the topic.....I just would never waste my time coming onto a message board and spend it attempting to criticize someone for starting a new thread......
Randy...is that you?

Moser's resume speaks for itself
So does TJ's. When he does anything of consequence with his own players......then we'll talk. I mean.......hasn't that been the rub on Prohm the last 5 years.....not good with his own players. Shoot, when Nagy's influence dried up I don't know who left Brookings faster TJ or Daum.

I have no problem if people don't want TJ
