On That Note: Breakfast In America

Want to eat, but not vegetables. Don't want meat from dead animals. Want a treat made from chemicals. Give me Kool Whip. Kool Whip. Modern Man, fussy eater, raised on Spam and Velveeta.

I disagree. Always much preferred Crime of the Century. Perhaps because the theme of the album is basically, mental illness, and it hit closer to home.

Crime of the Century is a great album, certainly.

But notice I said "greatest hits" -- implying Breakfast in America has a majority of their major pop hits -- and not "the only good album they have, the only one that is worth listening to."

CotC and BiA are two all-timers, to me, but the latter is much better remembered.
