Okie State game is looking wet

On the Facebook ticket trader page, people are wanting to buy grass lots parking passes. Are they optimistic or am I pessimistic about rain chances?

With how dry its been this year i'm wondering what the condition of those lots are in the rain, if it gets soaked up pretty quickly

With all the god damn commercials, it’s looking like it will probably be close. Our luck, we’ll be driving finally with 2 min left to break a 3-3 tie and massive lighting strike will hit and delay the game 4 hours.
Haha. I think many of us are reverting back to our 'We are Iowa State' mentality. I know I am, even though I don't want to.

Looking at the latest model runs it seems the best-case scenario is a short delay or two, and in and out lightning through the entire late afternoon and evening totally washing the game out very much in play.

Yeah, Iowa State can’t just unilaterally say “hey, we’re changing kickoff time & moving it up 4 hours, I’m sure that’s okay with everybody.” Especially for the potential of thunderstorms - it’s not like Ames is in the path of a hurricane that would force the game to be moved up by a day, not a few hours.

TV calls the shots.

There's at least a 75% chance of thunderstorms for every hour between 4pm to midnight tomorrow. When is the game gonna be played? December?

Forecast looks pretty rough after about 6pm, so any delay will probably be enough to end it all.

I had my ankle replaced on Tuesday. I can't say I'm necessarily sad that I'm not going...
Good luck with that! I used to be a PT and I don't remember any ankle replacements, that I ever worked w/ anyway. Is it relatively new? Could you tell me about it briefly?

Let's be real - there are some amazing games tomorrow, only true OSU and ISU diehards are watching this game on TV.

I'll have it on the primary with other big games on the other 3, hoping my eyes don't have a reason to drift.
