They've got a few guys they can build around - Chubb (when he's healthy again), Lindsay, and Courtland Sutton. And it's way too early to tell with Fant. They could move Harris now but I wonder if what they'd get in return is better than what they'd get as a comp pick if they let him walk at the end of the season. Same for Sanders.
The problem is that they stupidly converted Joe Flacco's 2019 base salary into a signing bonus that could be spread out over the life of the contract. So in order to move on from him after this season it'd cost them 13 million in dead cap money in 2020. Why would you want him under center making that much if you're trying to lose? He's just good enough on occasion to accidentally win you a couple games.
