Final: USMNT 1 Mexico 1
I just got home from the game. My first seeing the USMNT play live. The atmosphere was amazing. 55,000 plus fans. 75% were Mexico fans. The U.S. was lucky to escape with a tie. The U.S. played sloppy, and Mexico had a lot of opportunities to score. I was never a soccer fan, but married into a soccer family four years ago. Now I'm hooked, although I still have a lot to learn.

What an exciting piece of news to wake up to. Exciting young player in our biggest position of need. Couldnt ask for anything better. Honestly believe Balogun and Musah could develop into real World Class players

Amazing news! I wonder if it helps us get a better coach, too? I'd say the job just got a little more attractive...
certainly couldnt hurt. Though even without him coaching usmnt at 2026 in the us should be exciting to most. But even with Balogun you still have the us federation to deal with who still may go hire one of the Good Old Boys.

This might become the biggest get they have ever gotten if he continues to improve. Of course, Musah might have something to say about that.

Caleb Porter come on down. Yuck.

2 things:

1) This USA team vs Mexico right now is objectively head and shoulders better talent wise.
2) I don't mind Berhalter as manager, outside of the embarrassment that is 2 interim managers and hiring an outside firm to just stay with the guy you had all along.
