Warmup match for the USMNT today against Guatemala before the Gold Cup. The match is on FS1 this afternoon.
I didn't have a chance to watch the match until this morning, but Chandler's goal was impressive. I'm looking forward to the Gold Cup and seeing who JK decides are his best 11.
I'm gonna try to make it down to KC on the 13th. I just got a new work schedule and I'm off Monday and Tuesday so it works out.
I can't believe there are still people out there whining about Landon Donovan being left off the 2014 WC team.

World Cup qualifying draw is going on right now and they just finished drawing the groups for CONCACAF. The groups for the 4th round of qualifying will be:

The top 2 finishers from each group advance to the Hex. Group B could end up getting interesting if Jamaica and Haiti advance which seems likely.

It looks like Aron Johannsson is headed to Werder Bremen. This is a big move
for him. Hopefully he gets plenty of time in the field and doesn't end up becoming a bench player for them.

I read that they don't have 3 strikers on their squad from last year, so there should be playing time available.
