***Official UNI @ Iowa State Prediction Thread***

Ha- you mean 23-0 back in 2004?

We haven't really pasted these guys since Seneca Wallace back in '01: 41-0

That being said, we're long overdue for a blowout. I'm sick of dealing with purple hawkeyes.

We beat them 27-0 in 2011.

I am ready for ISU 41-UNI 13 with big minutes for the second team and third team half the fourth quarter. A couple years ago there were way too many UNI students with t-shrts saying "ISU where the ugly people go since 1858". They don't deserve the revenue they get from playing us. Stomp them and do not stop until they are off our schedule.

Like most years, and much to UNI's advantage, ISU plays vanilla as to not show Iowa/Tulsa much. This is the primary reason we've played them so close some years. Some ISU teams of the past could not oppose their will against past UNI teams because we were weak. It's only when we really physically dominate them that we put up blowouts. I think we are a much more physically gifted team so I say 34-17 with the turnover margin being the difference in whether or not it's a blowout or more close than we'd all like. I'll say this also...I think the stadium will get tight and quite very fast if UNI plays well early. Really hope we come out strong.

Neither of the big schools in the state have blown UNI out for a while now. I doubt it happens this year. 21-10 ISU.

I'm with Split on this one. I think it'll be something like a 24-14 or 17-7 game favoring ISU. No real analysis there, but that is what my gut is telling me.

We still have 25 days to go, that's quite a ways for a predictions thread. Anyway: ISU wins 27-17. UNI's RB has more yards then any of our RBs.

I have ISU winning 31-17. And I agree that he will have more yards than any of our backs, partially because he will get 3 times as many carries as any of ours

But, SR will throw for more yards than their QB.

I'm look for SR at QB to step up and light a fire under the O!

I'll take ISU 45 - UNI 7

Yeah, I know this is a low shot - but damnit why not!

38-10 Our RBs run all over UNI and SR gets a couple passing touchdowns. UNI gets a touchdown at the end against our 2nd string D.

I'm hopeful for an ISU blowout of course, but in order to do so we better jump on them early. If UNI is hanging around at the half, I think they will be in it to the end. We cannot give them any hope at all.

I'll go with ISU winning 27-13.
