Since Iowa is on his list it probably means Fran has reached out. If Fran is talking to him it means he will make room for him.
A couple current scholarship players, and some incoming guys aren't sleeping too well now.
Normally I wouldn't feel too bad for incoming players because they can go elsewhere without missing playing time, but in the case of Iowa's incoming guys that will get axed, they really don't have anywhere else to go. Unless they want to walk on somewhere.
I for one am proud of Franny! You throw your hat in the ring with all the big boys little buddy. Branching out from his typical fallback to a fallback three star recruit. Very cute.

I know TJ doesn't want to go after Washington transfers but, how about players who didn't make it on campus?

Hopefully we can get some things resolved so we can do something. TJ has to be going stir crazy right now we are officially at a standstill.
I doubt TJ is going stir crazy right now or at any time. I bet he's working his *** off on finding players for this year, as well as next year.
The people on this board (including me) are getting a bit stir crazy without word of new recruits.
Make a damn decision public, Fred. It is hurting our future.

I have to agree. And Fred has to know it is hurting recruiting too. Him not being public about his position should tell you that he is going to some association gig where ever that may be. It is just a matter of when. King would have been a great addition!
