This.... Matt A. commented on it many times before he left. Our over the top expectations, meltdowns, over reactions, negativity could negate the best thing we have going for us.

Does the player/family/coaches contact ISU and tell them? Or does ISU hear from a guy, who heard from a guy, who heard from another guy, that the player is going to transfer?

Read Chris' s mailbag thread (or was it the recruiting note....) It is spelled out there. Players tells AAU coach or parent. They shop around long before release. That is not a violation.

(day later)
JT: That wasn't so much fun. I'm staying.

He's also European. And not even listed on 2016 mock draft from Draft Express. He might just head back to Europe and start making money.

He also mentioned that he is confident about filling up rest of our open scholarships.

With Babb on board, that leaves three left yet for this coming season. Then next season we'll have at least 5-6 to fill, right? (Niang, Long, McKay, Nader, the 5th yr. guy we're hopefully still bringing in, and maybe but hopefully not Morris). I wonder how many times an ISU staff has had to fill 9-10 scholarships in two years. Of course, thats par for the course for Calipari. Can't wait to see what lies ahead. Go Fred , TJ, & all!
 
If ISU doesn't show any interest in Kyle Washington, I'm going to go full speculation mode.
