Depends on how they respond from the last game. It could catapult them to being even better, and win some games this year, or it could tear them down, and they give up on the year and dont win another game.

Im going somewhere in the middle, but they wont win this game.

Agree. I think Tech's defense is one of the better units in the conference and being overlooked by everyone. Tech's defense will keep them in it while the true freshman QB finds his way.

If Davis Webb starts for Tech, I think Iowa State is going to have plenty of opportunities to pick him off, so that will be a key to the game. Mayfield is also a true freshman, but he's more conservative and doesn't take chances downfield as often.

Due to the 11a.m. kick I'm going to go with a lower scoring game.

Have to go with Carl on this. I don't see us scoring much more than 30 if we do, unless our offense comes out on fire and plays up to its potential. And our D is pretty good.
