*** Official SEMO vs IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

If Iowa State wins today, I will be OVER .500 for the first time seeing the Cyclones play football in person. I am currently sitting at 32-32-1.

I went to my first game in 1978 (loss to A&M in the Hall of Fame Classic @ Legion Field). My first win in person was in 1989 vs. Ohio Univ. followed by losses to Minnesota, Iowa, Colorado and Oklahoma that season to drop to 1-5. Therefore, the climb has been long and treacherous! Moved out of state in 1995 mid-season (after the UNLV win).

Moved back to Iowa in 2019, and Cyclone Football is so much better! I don't go to every game any longer, so I am currently, on an 8 game winning streak that began with the Texas game and Kansas in 2019, Texas Tech, @ Kansas and West Virginia in 2020 and U.N.I., Oklahoma State and T.C.U. in 2021.
