NC Carolina beat NC State and played Wichita St close. UNC is one of the hottest teams in the country. Can't look past anyone from here on out.

Looks like they have three guys in the 6'7-6'8 range and that is it. No size disadvantage

I would be fine with not playing a team with a bunch of McD AA and 5-stars if we get to the second round. Maybe next year.


And Iowa was so close to not making it. They get a much easier 6th seed than we do.

Sick of losing in the second round (happened our last 3 trips including the one to UNC) If we meet them in the round of 32 we need revenge. We owe handing Roy and UNC a loss if they advance.

Ended Fred's college career. If we get to them I'm sure that won't be lost on Fred.

I was praying we weren't in the Midwest when they started naming the teams there. That one is going to be tough. If we happen to play UNC that is the type of team that will motivate us, blue blood program etc. We should be out for blood against them. That being said I am not sure they get past Providence.

We beat 12 tournament teams this year. Wow.

That will do wonders for our confidence that we can beat any one. As long as we don't catch an awful shooting game, I feel really good about this team going into the tournament.

Very true. KSU, KU, Baylor would be a tough draw to the Elite Eight

That was Seth Davis. He picked ISU to the Elite Eight and MSU over us to advance the Spartans to the Final Four.

I've been watching a few different predictions now and this seems to be a consensus. One person has picked ISU over MSU in that bracket and nobody has either the 1 or 2 coming out of it, it seems. I would hate to have that de'ja vu. It would probably make me hate MSU for all of eternity.
