First 5 minutes put us in a hole - we dug out of it - just could not finish. Really great effort against the odds.
Hell of an effort from an undermanned team, especially with foul trouble. Would have liked to have that last play back and at least go to overtime, but that's the way it goes. I'm more confident than I was two hours ago that this ISU team is for real.
I hate Nebraska too much to care. Move on to the next game and knock the rock chalk out of Kansas.
Oh well. Can't wait tell next year. Not writing off this year, but i just can't wait. I won alot of credits too is an up side.
Not too worried about this game...we should beat them by 10+ in Ames with a full healthy team...I thought DG was smarter than to drive into that with 6.4 seconds left.

Fred took air out of the ball way too soon, we didn't get any good shots the last 3 minutes, were ahead 62-58, had them on the ropes and didn't score again. He will learn from it, I would be surprised to see him make that mistake again.
Way too many turnovers, and some incredibly bonehead fouls, a few defensive lapses.
Just too many mistakes, hard fought, just too many mistakes to win a road game.

Hopefully the team learns something from this loss. Set ourselves up great to win, I think running the iso with DG killed us.
