Official Post-Game Meltdown - You Post Here

People at work don't seem to realize that I don't want to talk about the game right now. They also seem to think I care about their brackets. I hate everything right now.

I shut my door, and not taking calls.

Why didn't Niang attempt an up fake? Why did we sign BDJ? Why did we draw up a play for Naz Long with a game on the line? Where was Hogue the entire game? Do we need an experienced defensive orientated coach on the staff every year?
Does this mean Hoiberg will stay? Will this make Niang, Morris, and the rest more hungry for next year? How will this affect Diallo's recruitment? Can we skip football season?

Hope Fred puts this game, South Carolina game and the Tech game on repeat to start practice next year. This team just can't figure out how to fight through an ugly game for the win. We got out hustled, out played, out rebounded, out shot, out coached, out reffed, you name it we lost it today. They probably took our lunch money too. Woof! need to drink this one away, and reset for next year. Next year's team better learn to forget the hype.

Im leaving the site for a couple of days, not that will be noticed, Im pretty bummed and don't want to think about this. Ill look forward to chatting with you all again when I get the ISU mojo bounce back. now have football to hate for a couple of months. See ya in a few.

I'm now more ****** about players not shaking hands...that is complete bs and gutless. You/your team played horrible nut up and shake hands....fucin classless (to the replies of oh emotions running high blah blah they can talk **** but can't handle getting brought down to earth)

Not playing Edozie for rebounding was a joke of a coaching move. Pathetic.

They had a 6-4 guard who averages 3 boards in 17 min per game pull down NINE offensive rebounds today. That's on our guards, who mostly just stand around and watch the ball come off the rim.

On the bright side, since I'm unemployed I don't have to worry about spending money to watch us play in Houston. Yay.

Not a good effort. Why did BDJ and Thomas sit most of the second half? Naz, Niang and Hogue were not present....

I can't speak for Thomas, and you might have a point. As for BDJ? He was awful in the first half and judging by his body language on the bench didn't seem to care much anyway.

Not to pile on BDJ, but out of all the hyped transfers we have had come in I think it's safe to say both objectively and subjectively that he is the most disappointing. I'm not going to miss him much.

Disappointed in this as well. But I think it echoes what was wrong with our team this year.

Welcome to the daily nut kick that is Iowa State Athletics.

Really the most we can hope for is ******* up someone else's season.

That's why we exist....to torment fans...to destroy other people's dreams from time to time.

I hope all this team enjoys all the hype more than winning...because they sure seem to focus WAY MORE on the hype than BB.

Fred should of pulled Georges and got BDJ in the game. That's what Fred had been preparing him for. He stuck with Georges b/c he had always come through at the end. Not today.

Same thing happened after the @KSU game. Agreed.
