One thought I had this morning (not relevant to this particular game) is how gradually my mindset has changed as a fan for ISU. When Mac was coach, it was mostly just hoping we didn’t get blown out against better teams and pray we don’t blow it against worse teams. With CPR it was more thinking we’d have a fluke chance against better teams (but probably still a loss) and hope we don’t drop one against a lesser team. Now with Campbell it’s mostly we expect to win most games, and aren’t shocked in the least it we beat a better team (and the gap between us and “better” teams has significantly closed).
Like, I can’t identify when my mindset got to this point, but the only team I’d be kind of surprised we would beat would be Alabama. If we beat any other team in college football id probably just be like “yeah, good win.”

It's not a good game, but it is always fun to watch Nebby just get bulldozed by OU.
FWIW, Baylor is just looking rather "meh" against Texas State in early 3rd quarter. They are leading 21-7, but Shapen has had a mediocre game thus far. Also, Texas State moving the ball through air against Baylor pass. D. Perhaps this is the Bears letdown lookahead sandwich for the year.
