I don't know a lot about wrestling but I think Cael is classier than that.
You can't tell one of your wrestlers to lose and it just looks bad if that happened, imo.
Um, because the team is more important than his individual performance and bonus points matter!!!!
So if we lose by a point or so, don't be complaining because those bonus points could have made the difference.
So on the day so far
ISU: 5-0 CH and 7-1 CONS (1 to the 3rd place match)
IA: 5-2 CH and 2-3 CONS (1 to the 5th place match)
Both have 8 wrestlers left ISU has the advantage of Gallick in better position than Marion. Ward and Z need to make it to the 3rd place matches and get Erekson and Borschel to lose and drop to the 5th place matches

So your Jensen and your coach comes to you and tells you to get piined on purpose what is that telling Jensen? I would tell me that my coach has no faith in me to win the next match. And what if Gallick gets hurt down the road don't you want your back up to have the most experience possible. Last time I checked this is called Midlands not Nationals.
Disagree. If he wins he could earn a spot to actually wrestle instead of being a back up. It also is good to challenge the wrestlers you already have scoring points to see if they can come through when you need it, don't just give it to them.
If I was Jensen, the coach wouldn't of even had to ask me because I would have been the one suggesting it.
Whether its the Midlands or Nationals its still a big win and means something.
