you cant say that the guys are gonna give up, I know they are going to have more fire in the second half after a rip from Chizik, Its a stretch for a win, but they arent gonna give up, you shouldnt give up on them either. we have to realize how young we are, We have seen some good things from these guys, but are they ready to play? no. Just hold on, its gonna be rough.

Im real dissapointed with the play calling, as i was last year. I dont think Chizik is too happy with it either.

Defense needs some backbone from the offense

Chizik has a headset on - he knows every play called, and can change it if he so desires. McFarland runs the offense that Chizik wants run.

Who said anything about guys giving up? Their efforts just suck tonight and a blind man (or woman) could see that.
 
What's funny or maybe not so funny is I think that ISU fans are actually less suicidal than Hawk fans and we're losing 21-0 at half to UNLV.

I admit I'm that I'm not watching the game live but its pretty obvious that we are sucking tonight- and its not because UNLV is a power house. I'm just saying we don't need to jump off the deep end with the 2-10 talk. I was on the Hawk board earlier today and they practially volunteer to pick up Ferentzs things and move them out of the state. I'm not happy about the score, think we should be better, but still have faith we can turn it around. This is only year 2 of the new regime btw.
 
PS. there is no excuse for how they are playing right now, Not being a road game, not them beating Arizona St last week, Those are NOT valid excuses.

Lowes resort on lake las vegas was not a good idea, These guys were not ready to play today.
