is it just me or does it look like we don't set very good screens? it seems like we kind of tap the defender and then run away. It's more of an annoyance than a clearing for the guy with the ball.

Jiri usually just sets up a quick screen and then breaks down low. Not terribly effective, but I think he just wants to make sure he's in scoring position.

I've noticed this as well. Seems like we just try to chip the defenders off of the ballhandler instead of stonewalling them. Looks like our guys are trying to run pick and rolls too quickly rather than ensuring that they get the defender off of the ballhandler.
 
Regarding our screens- I think it is another problem of the guards. They don't use them effectively by going so far around them. The first bball coach I ever had said to rub shoulders with the guy setting the screen. I'm not much of a basketball guy, but we certainly don't do that.
