OK, it's been a long week so I may have missed it but I don't recall having a prediction thread for the game tomorrow.

My prediction...

Probable-
Nebraska: 30
ISU: 17

My Heart Says-
Nebraska 21
ISU: 24

I can't even venture a guess, but I feel if ISU wins, it will be a high scoring game by both teams.

Previously I thought they will manhandle us, but looking at their stats, I think we can win this one. They are ranked 75th in total offense compared to us at 22nd in the nation. Also they are ranked 99th in rushing defense and we are 53rd. I think defense wins the game for us. I say it will be another OT game, Chizik's first OT game. We win 31-28.

Unless we wear the 1977 jerseys, we dont win.

But if we do win I will continue my tradition by calling random (402) area code numbers and ask if they or one of their loved ones needs to be put on suicide watch. Then scream Go Cyclones! It was a lot of fun when drunk and in college.

I think it's going to be something like 21-31 Nebraska, but I really hope I'm wrong. It'd be huge to win the two games I really want to get (Iowa and Nebraska) in Chizik's first year. That would be fun.

We won't win, but I think tomorrow at 4pm we will be pleased with how the team played. People expect high scoring, but I don't see that happening. We'll have success running the ball (assuming JJ is healthy) and won't hit on many big plays. Our defense will be good enough to slow down Nebraska and hopefully can force a turnover or 2. We can certainly win the game, but I think kick coverage will continue to hurt us and I think at times the offensive line will struggle with the noise of the stadium and with their first Big 12 opponent. I wish I could watch because I look for a good game.

Nebraska 27
Iowa State 17

I hope we are in it at the end of the game. I want the win, but I just hope it is close. Other then that I'm say

24-21 Good Guys

Funny listening to Miller... You have some Hawkeyes about ready to commit suicide and others that still think they are going to win the National Championship. Typical... Why can't all of them commit suicide. :notworthy:

Kevin Cosgrove sits down in a pile and cries on the sideline. Fans boo and hiss. Bill puts hands over his eyes. Blackskirts are removed at halftime. Yet Huskers win, 36-35.

Wow for being 1-3 and losing to some pretty bad teams A LOT of people have faith that we will win this game....I will be there cheering my butt off but don't think we will have near enough
Neb 38
ISU 21
