Well, UNI succeeded in their objective of uglifying this game beyond belief, and we have obliged them by missing a lot of shots.

While this has been a TERRIBLY officiated game, I don't think we can blame the officials for this one. Missed alot of easy shots tonight.

The refs have been about as good as the broadcast quality. UNI has gotten away with 2 blatant travels in the last 3 minutes to top it off.

Our guys will need to learn that in a game like this when the opponent is slowing it down and playing possession by possession, you have to take strong shots and not throw it up just because. Also, close out the defense with the board and value the ball.

this is what I expect to see in league play. The run and gun is fun against lesser opponnents but its hard to do against well coached teams with equivalent athletes that have more depth. I would expect to see a lot of driving and trying to get fouled (Tim Floyd ball),

He has. The slow down game is bringing back flashbacks of the old DG. :sad:
