Purdue has Iowa's number for some reason. They were awful last year, and somehow beat Iowa. Don't think they are that much better this year.
Again, Iowa was living off of TOs at a ridiculous rate. Eventually that was going to end when they played a team that could throw the ball. (Purdy had a terrible game against them) The loss of Moss clearly didn't help them.
The belief was that Iowa could just turn on the offense whenever they actually needed to, and that they were just running up the middle and not throwing because they didn't have to. Guess they should have been practicing moving the ball more instead.

It was an ugly game for Iowa, it happens. This place gets quiet after losses like after the Baylor game. Glad Purdue made your weekend, maybe next year Campbell can finally beat "TOE".
