A good friend of mine (iowa season ticket holder) who is a huge Iowa fine has a lengthy post on his facebook about how the decision to sell beer at Kinnick now is biting them in the ass since numerous iowa fans (including some directly around him) were throwing beer bottles on the field.
Not surprising. Heard a story years ago about how students at UI use to throw animal body parts at opposing players running out of/into the tunnel. I can't confirm, but was told it was the reason they stopped selling alcohol at the hysterical Kinnick stadium.
The obvious answer is to move Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and Michigan State up.
And also keep Iowa in the Top 10.
There was a story that I can’t find now that said a Purdue fan gave it to him. Can’t find anywhere now.
I think the Mississippi-Tennessee game was stopped for twenty minutes because the “fans” were throwing **** at the Mississippi cheerleaders and coaching staff.
This stuff is only going to get worse.

Without knowing this was from a Hawkeye site, I assumed it was from the multiple spelling/grammar errors within the first three comments.
I thought Iowa’s run game and Goodson was the best there was and certainly better than Breece Hall. Hmmmm, Breece with 160 more yards rushing in one less game. 1.5 yards more per carry, etc. Iowa’s offense is anemic.
Since the Hawkeye fans all left they could have seat jumped.
Might have found the beer while wading through all of the empties left from the first three quarters.
Not speed Wisc, Minn or Nebraska really have, is it? All ground pounding West teams and two of them are without their their best backs and Huskers specialize in making dumbass mistakes in every game, the thing the Hawk D thrives on. One thing you can probably count on, they won't be exciting to watch.
It's only going to get worse where it is allowed to. I've been to hundreds, if not over a thousand concerts and sporting events where alcohol was being served and have seen ONE instance where a beer was poured onto an outfielder making a play. That person was promptly ejected, arrested and banned from that stadium. Fun fact, it was a middle aged woman.

Supposedly the consensus on Iowa's 247 board last week is they would rather have Petras than Purdy
I saw their love for Petras creeping in and I couldn't believe it. He's terrible, but a ton of lucky turnovers on the other side of the ball can make anyone attractive.
I think their win total prediction was, and still is, based on their competition. They have now made it more interesting. Everybody knows that the PSU win was a huge function of luck.
If you ask Goodson, he’s the greatest football player to ever carry a football.
It was a 40+ yo woman who dumped beer on me at the seneca game in kinnick. That would have been smuggled in back then.
