do replay officials have to provide an official reason (in writing) for their decisions? probably not, especially with the Big 12, but come on. half his foot landed in the white. wtf.

Not gonna be popular opinion, but I think the toe of the other foot was still on the ground when he caught the pass. That makes the foot on the line a moot point.

I'm seriously not sure I've ever seen such an easy call to overturn. WTF? I'm literally speechless.

Is this your first ISU game? Not sure how anyone is surprised by this non overturn. Outraged? I mean, I guess, but when these things go against you nearly every singe time, well, it's kid of hard to even work up outrage anymore.

In all seriousness, if the replay officials are going to consistently be this bad (and it goes beyond ISU games), just get rid of replay. The Big 12 officials can't do it properly.

OK went back and looked. His left foot was still down when he caught it, right foot went out of bounds. Good call.

He did not have control until his foot was lifted up. Bad call.
