Overall not just defense. We've thrown a truly horrible interception, got bailed out a little on a PI on a pass that didn't look catchable and at one time Hall had 8 carries for 10 yards.

Gulp... special teams might have been the best performing unit by default.

When the refs and special teams are the best parts of a game for us we are in trouble.

Redshirt Freshman QB and they let it fly, awful attempt at coaching for ISU this game. Came in thinking they were going to walk out with an easy W, looks like Texas Tech is going to hang 50+ on us. Looks like Baylor and West Virginia all over again, need to play to win every down not wait for 2nd half adjustments.

Easy to let it fly when you have athletic receivers that can get separation and can make plays on 50-50 balls.

Meanwhile we are putting Rus and Allen in the slot on passing downs. Love those guys but that’s a player/formation fail.
