Thank you, so if a guy gets by you you can push them down from behind if you are an O lineman behind the line of scrimmage? Always thought that was a block in the back. Are there restrictions on a run then? Otherwise, I am totally lost here.

The block in the back is initial contact, so if a guy gets by the lineman already had initial contact in the front or side.
