Sure didn’t look like it yesterday. Iowa does have an incredible DL though, you are right about that.

Hard to make plays as a WR when your OL can't pass block

There were numerous pass attempts where Kempt had a clean pocket and there was nobody to throw to. I didn’t see many instances of Iowa State’s receivers getting separation.
So this was before his dismal performance yesterday. Yikes. Also shocking Chad was wrong saying they needed him to be better to win

Who’s Zeb? The fumbler?Which makes KK really bad. Oof. Hope he's able to play for you guys this week though, he looks better than Zeb.
If ISU's Wr are better, and ISU's pass defense is better, why did Stanley have a better game than Kempt?
Did you watch our OL try to pass block?
Yeah, it was pretty bad. Big time swing and miss by Rhoads’ staff going after Good-Jones and Meeker rather than the Paulsen twins.
Northern Illinois was more of a test than the mighty ClonesWe received more votes.
Honest question to Iowa fans. Are you to the concerned status yet with Brian and Stanley?
Did you watch our OL try to pass block?
Shrugs shoulders. 2-0. We will see. There were times last year that they were putrid. Let’s wait and see.
Is that what they were doing?
Trying to anyways. Not having that first game to fix some of those problems put them in even a worse situation
It wouldn't matter what week they tried to block Iowa's DL, it just isn't going to go well for them. Heck later in the year AJ might play more snaps and ISU's line would get dominated even more than they did on Saturday. I feel bad for Foster having to sit through that game film, the only time he slowed anyone down is when he held them.
You got nothing twins, but the effort is thereIowa's program is notorious for being worse at the end of the year but OK
