What is a Herb Street? I imagine something on Sesame Street like stringy green things walking around.

Good grief. The team is 5-2 with a surprising win over OU in Norman and losses to Texas and Iowa at home. Has Campbell and staff proven anything yet monumental enough to warrant an immediate call from an AD in need of a coach? And being knee-jerk is just one of the reasons it was an irresponsible, stupid tweet.

That is a good aspiration, but almost impossible at ISU, even for a very talented coach. Elite Midwest teams cannot compete with recruiting down south and I don't expect ISU to bring in the four star recruits. The cyclone fan base is not delusional like the Huskers or Qwaks. But the cyclone fan base will be very much happy with a consistent 6 win season, go to bowl and the occasional maybe 8-10 season.

What's would make Herbie look dumber, ISU going on to have a nice year, and CMC doing more and more winning here for years, or ISU flaming out to 5-7 and looking very unattractive to blue bloods?
 
Very hard to watch the three commentators on CFP when two of them are Big 10 and tOSU homers.

Heard him say that too. Also, he apparently thinks strength of schedule matters unless you're talking about Wisconsin playing absolutely no one. He will pimp the Big Ten at every turn...
