Arnaud is forcing things. Other than the penalties and interceptions, we're playing pretty well. If we can eliminate those, we still have a chance, but that won't be easy.
This awesome offense I keep hearing about can show up anytime now. I've yet to see it. At least the oline is performing as well as ARob. Running the ball more would be swell. Receivers not getting separation and AA has been just aweful. What's up with forcing the ball to Money so much in the first half? It just wasn't there.
Defense has impressed so far. But Stanzi has been helping us a ton.

Couple of stats - Iowa has run for only 54 yards
- AA is 7 for 17...3 of those are swing passes. 3 picks.
- Arob is averaging 6.2 yds per rush
- 11 penalties...7 on ISU for 59 yards!

I'd like to see Tiller, if for no other reason than it probably forces Herman to go more conservative which means more touches for A-Rob.
I will take this 14-3 score. With getting the ball after half this game definitely isn't over. Limit the mistakes.
We own first possession coming out of the half. Big question -- how long do we leave AA in there if he screws up the first series? If were going to have problems with Austen this season ocassionally, Tiller needs some reps.
D isn't doing bad, but they need some long rests with our offense on the field. So far Stanzi has been a little off, but if he snaps out of it, I worry about receiver coverage, especially with Banks limping around.

I cant believe that good old gene cheeze-dip could do better against Iowa than this first half....
The question I have is....why didnt PR go recruit a juco qb who can run the spread offence and not throw into coverage all day long!!!!

Weak side defense better X 10. Lyle and Garrin playing ligths out.
Arnaud making bad decisions, throwing into coverage.
CPR making bad decision - on side kick. this was the turning point of the game. Defense promptly piled on with killer penalties and the Hawks score. Risk much bigger then benefit on that onside kick attempt at home with a lead and playing well. Really don't understand why we thought we had to take that chance at that time.

We are still in the game, but must adjust well in second half and execute offense MUCH better.
Review Jersey colors with QB.

Run some more, throw to TE (especially drag route). More slants.

Game is 180 of what I thought it would be.
D is playing lights out. Could be pitching a shutout or close to it if the our own Offfense wasn't our biggest enemy. Iowa is capitalizing on to's and great field position. We're shutting them down pretty well on the long field
