*** Official Florida A&M vs IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

CW also said this team is a 3 seed and that ISU played perfect to beat Iowa like that.

Love CW but he's not always the barometer for how things are going or why they happen.
Given his relationship with the coach, he should know roster stuff pretty well.

Even CW said that he expected to see a lot of Omaha in this game, and the next 3.

So…. it will be interesting to see what the excuse is now. If he’s injured, then fine, but if not…. I don’t know how you think he’s going to ‘find’ his game by never playing.

Someone in the media should ask TJ after the game. He can dodge the question or just say he’s not going to talk about it if he wants to, but at this point it has to be asked if the media is doing its job.
CW should know

Omaha took a shot at Alison and TJ is showing who is the real alpha male.

Well not that mad he's in now.

You'll be laughing when somebody gets a high ankle sprain in garbage time when we are up 40. Completely ridiculous these other guys work their *** off just as much ans he's scared to play them against teams like this.

No I won't be laughing but melting down over something that could happen in warm ups or practice or any other time is nothing but the same doomsday takes that you get going this time of year.

As a matter of fact if the starters rested as much as many want them to, it may lead to injuries at other times from a lack of conditioning. Conference season starts in two weeks and a bunch of players that are used to playing half of a game doesn't bode well super tired legs in a road conference game that will require a ton of minutes.

It's not as simple as you want it to be and even if this team makes the tournament you and a few others will struggle with it.

Yeah, how dare me be upset the highest recruit in school history and a local Des Moines kid probably will never play here. How is he going to get minutes in Big 12 play?

You're actually upset? Like, actually emotional about this?

He may have gotten in earlier, but even in a blowout this hasn't been our most stellar performance, and FAMU has some guys that can shoot. Last 5 minutes makes sense.

The rotation you're seeing prior to OB being subbed in will be our main rotation in B12 play. Get them the minutes and conditioning, as you said.

Do you really want him on the floor when he looks like a lost puppy trying to avoid getting stepped on? Give him time. If the NBA wants to develop him, then they will get to, but we haven't been able to make him into anything that will contribute for now.

That is it. Who knows the hell WHY? But, it is evident he is far behind most everyone else on team that is playing.
