No real meltdown from me. I didn't expect a win. I thought we should win, but this was just an unprepared uninspired football team out there. Really disappointed more than melting down.
It all got jinxed when our backup radio announcers for the basketball game last night said John and Eric were out in Boulder "to get ready for the Cyclone's victory over the Buffaloes tomorrow."

teribble gameplan. Terrible execution. Terrible in all phases. Completely inexcusable. I have nothing else to say here.
NO meltdown from bobby....being a realist I knew that it was gonna be a very tall task to go on the road at colorado and win after a one point loss to Nebraska.
Rhoads needs to win at home next week or the wins over tx tech and texas will be wasted, and it will be Home for the Holidays.

I had this feeling we were going to lose. Too many things were going positive lately and I've been an ISU fan for too long to know it never lasts. This game had lay an egg written all over it.

I heard that too and just didn't sound right to me at the time.
To bad for AA, unfortunately I think that was a bad end to a long career for us. The way he dropped the ball and the tests the trainers did im sure he tore something
Totally unprepared and uninspired from the opening gun. Disappointing to lose but BEYOND embarrassing to be dominated in this fashion by a team that's 0-5 in the conference.
That's sad. One of the best QB's in ISU history doesn't even get to play on senior day. Have to feel for him.
