Would be a fun party spot this weekend I bet. Will they allow the consumption of adult beverages, or do they have to be hidden?
They didn't make beverages a big deal until a few hours before they let us in. We had a case of beer outside our tent all night without a problem for the Iowa game.

Be Loud fellow Cyclone fans! With your support there should be no way KU comes out of Hilton with a win! I wish I could be there...Miss those days. See if Hilton can be LOUDER than when Gessel missed those free throws...That was about the loudest I ever heard Hilton, and that was through the TV! Odd i a way that ISU is ranked MUCH higher than KU this time around, so the win against them should be expected.
Thoughts on rushing the court? We are a higher ranked team? No need to rush the court for the Baylor drubbing, but if it is a tight game, well then????

I have a feeling you're fighting a losing battle here. With the buildup to this game and the students back for the first time in a long while, they're going to go running out there no matter what (barring a complete blowout).
Flag Guy original recipe and the actual flag guy tradition is alright. It just seems that unfortunately the mantle has been passed down to progressively douchier people.
And I think with this game I'm officially crossing over into the "don't rush the court" camp. I'm all for students being able to let loose, but for pete's sake it's not crazy to think we might be ranked in the Top 5. At some point it's not even a matter of "act like you've been there before" (which is stupid, imo), but a matter of having a little sportsmanship and not being a poor winner.
I don't either, I'm just going off the stories I've heard on here from current students. By all means, run the flag because it is a cool thing. But being the "flag guy" shouldn't give you a license to kick people out of seats and act like a little snot.
The flag guy before this current one wasn't that bad. The current one? Dating a girl who goes to DMACC from out of state
I like the flag guy idea but I like it even more when Brackens harasses him the entire way around
