I get it, Iran is playing much more aggressively this half because as it stands they’re the team getting knocked out, but I haven’t liked our possessions this second half. The first half we were really looking for that goal. This half, they’re really quick to pull the ball back to the defensive side of the field. Really don’t like the passivity.

Having a hard time with this also. That yelling and rolling that we witnessed was something you would see someone do with a complete fracture with bone sticking out of skin type of thing.
one min later....he was fine.

I don't know much about soccer, but it looks to me like Iran very rarely threatened to score for the first 70 minutes. Then the U.S. went full prevent defense and it's been constant close calls since. What's wrong with trying to keep position for a little bit?
