Power is holding here on the west side of CR.
Did watch a branch break on the neighbor’s dead standing tree. Fell away from the power lines.

Power flickers here near Boyson and Alburnett road in Marion. Sounds like it is out by the Marion Y. Numerous reports of power lines down.

Far SE Cedar Rapids, no issues. Kinda strange. Brief moments of strong winds then calm, then it comes up again. Not much rain so far.

Already dreading my flat corn crop tour tomorrow. Hopefully in most areas it was short enough yet to not be a complete disaster. High wind + rapid growth like we've had the past 10 days usually = very bad.

Where are you. My parents just called and East Urbandale is having power and data issues. I didn’t even know anything was going on out on the west side. Mid American site appears down too.
