As others have pointed out, since he was already at TCU that would depend on the circumstances in which he left. I was actually thinking Texas might be the likely landing spot.
 
When has Baylor had 2 starting guards 6'0 or shorter?
This year they have two that are listed at 6'1". Is one inch of listed height a deal breaker? Fit (can both shoot, for example), reach and wingspan in combination with vertical more important. Any game you can win with 5'11" and 6'0"

They also had 5'10" Lester Munson with 5'11" Chery. Munson at 5'10" could dunk.

They had 5'11" Pierre Jackson with 6'1" AJ Walton.

Last year they played a lot of 6'3" Butler, 6'0" Mitchell, 6'1" Flagler, 6'1" Cryer

Baylor knows how to use small guards.
