As Viking fans we have to understand the Wilfs love splash hires and signings. Moss, Favre..etc..
The Wilfs absolutely love the headlines and hiring Harbaugh would give them that. I think Jim is the guy if he wants the job.

Randy Moss had already been traded to the Raiders when the Wilfs bought the Vikings. Vikings traded him in February of 2005. Wilfs bought the team in May.
I have not heard one NFL talking head saying anything other than Harbaugh would be a homerun hire for KAM and the Vikings.
The overblown touchy feely 'wears people out' narrative doesn't get much play with guys who have been in the league, evidently.

I don't necessarily blame him. They were a lot of Michigan folks who were ready to can him before this year. He restructured his contract and took a paycut as a result. That's the kind of thing that might stick in his memory.
Vikings fans, watch this video if you are nervous about Harbaugh.
With Ryans declining his second interview, it is down to those two.
Seems likely Harbaugh will be the new Vikes HC tommorrow night.
