After suffering through a bunch of the B-list Christmas movies, my wife put the Vikes-Bears game on for me. After watching awhile, I told her to put the Christmas movies back on...they are more bearble to watch than that game was.

The game was bad enough as it was. But ESPN's sound mixing is just atrocious. It doesn't matter the venue or sport, the crowds are always so low that it really detracts from the feel of the game.

Agreed. IMO they do the same thing for college BB and the NBA. You can go on YouTube and pull up some of the old NBA on NBC footage and see just how much better the sound mixing was back then compared to what ESPN does now.

I can't wait to see him after a full off season.

Both Cook and Mattison will likely be back next year. Cook has a big cap hit and Mattison will be very cheap on the last year of his rookie deal. So Kene will probably still be 3rd string, but hopefully they get him more involved on the offense.

Pete is signed through 2025 and is the second highest paid coach in the NFL this year. If this is truly who they want, get ready for the front office to throw the bank at him like they did Cousins.

There is no reason in the world to bring in a 70 year old guy who has admitted he has no clue how to win and would have been fired earlier if not for Wilson. Good lord, rebuild for real. Even if you thought you'd just retool with Cousins for one more go, I don't think Pete is nearly the guy.

The Vikes have two Pro Bowl receivers and all Cousins can manage are four yard completions. For whatever reason, his best plays are when he rolls to his left. Not that it matters.
