***Official 2021 Vikings***

And now BAL learned from their mistakes, stopped throwing and just jammed the ball on the ground repeatedly well into FG range.

And then they get back to back penalties. WTF am I watching?

I know they just built that stadium a few years ago, but can they just move the team somewhere else? Or just decommission the franchise? its the same crap over and over again. I need to jump ship as this is not healthy....

The Viking fans deserve a lot better than what the ownership has been giving them. Zimmer and Speilman need to be fired as soon as possible.

The Vikes are going nowhere this year so I'm OK with the loss. I just want Zimmer and family gone and I'll take the better draft pick.
And, trade Cousins, Barr, and Smith for whatever picks you can get.

I'm actually pumped now each week to see what new and exciting way the Vikings can find to lose.

Yesterday's game reminded me of some of the Cyclone teams under McCarney and Rhoads, decently talented group of starters that come out on fire but fizzle out as the game goes on due to lack of viable depth.

This team is unique though. They've also shown that they can come back and still lose.

Good luck with those trades. Teams aren't usually falling all over themselves to get guys past their prime on huge contracts.

You can either play hardball and treat it like a business or you can lose. They chose the latter. They spent way too much money on Rhodes for years when he was never on the field. Now they are spending elite, young talent-level money on guys past their primes in Barr and Smith. They are still good players, but you can't have Barr, Kendricks, Smith, and Hunter all on big contracts. Cousins obviously has not been a bargain, but if you are going to spend a ton of money on a QB, you can't skimp on the OL. The only remotely encouraging thing is that the OL is not good, but they are looking like they have a chance to become functional. Not good enough to right the ship, and not good enough in time for this team and staff. It's over.

It's too late to tank this year and the QB crop sucks. Time to stockpile whatever picks and cap space they can, tank in 2022 and try to start building in 2023. It sucks because it feels like this team is close, but in reality it's very much a veteran team on the downhill side of its prime. It's going to get worse before it gets better.
